Short version
This site is a research artifact published by Alex Kwon (Collapse Index Labs). It hosts a public demo of the CI-1T stability engine. There are no accounts, no payments, and no service-level guarantees. Use it at your own risk.
1. Scope
These terms cover your use of collapseindex.org and its public demo endpoint. The previous hosted SaaS (dashboard, billing, accounts, OAuth, Ask AI) has been retired. Commercial integrations of the CI-1T engine, SDK, or MCP server are arranged separately by direct agreement and are not governed by this page.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the demo for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the CI-1T engine.
- Circumvent the per-IP rate limit or abuse the demo to drive load against the engine.
- Submit content designed to probe or exploit the proxy or engine.
The CI-1T engine and the API contract are proprietary. The Python SDK and MCP server are distributed under the licenses in their respective GitHub repositories.
3. No warranty, no liability
The site, the demo endpoint, and the engine are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime commitment. The engine may be taken offline at any time. Outputs (Collapse Index, EMA, authority levels, ghost flags, anything else) are research artifacts: do not make safety-critical or business-critical decisions based on them without independent validation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collapse Index Labs and Alex Kwon are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the demo.
4. Trademarks
Collapse Index™, Collapse Index Labs™, and CI-1T™ are trademarks of Alex Kwon. You may refer to them descriptively (for example, "powered by CI-1T") but may not use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement without prior written permission.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
6. Changes
These terms may change. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
