PURPOSE

Research & Commercial Services

Collapse Index Labs operates as both a research initiative and a commercial service provider. We publish research preprints and offer professional evaluation services for AI model robustness testing. The information, tools, and documents shared on this site are provided for research, educational, commercial evaluation, and informational purposes. These materials are intended for verification and audit purposes, not for replication or derivative deployment.

Commercial Services: Professional Evaluations and Collapse Index Synthetic Datasets (CISD) are offered under separate service agreements. Clients engaging these services are subject to additional terms including NDAs, SLAs, and pricing agreements as outlined in our evaluation contracts.

DISCLAIMER

No Warranties & Liability

The site, its contents, and all services (including Professional Evaluations and Synthetic Datasets) are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Use of this site and its outputs is at your own risk.

Specific Disclaimer for Evals & Datasets:

  • Diagnostic Nature: Collapse Index scores and reports are point-in-time diagnostic estimates based on specific perturbation sets. They do not guarantee model safety, future performance, or compliance with regulatory standards in production environments.
  • Synthetic Data: Collapse Index Synthetic Datasets (CISD) are generated via controlled algorithms. While designed to stress-test stability, they may not reflect all real-world edge cases or distributions.
  • Deployment Risk: You are solely responsible for all decisions regarding the deployment, release, or withholding of AI models. Collapse Index Labs bears no liability for any model failures, safety incidents, or financial losses resulting from reliance on our evaluations or datasets.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collapse Index Labs will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this site, its contents, or linked resources.

OWNERSHIP

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methodology, code, datasets, and branding on this site—including the "Collapse Index" name, "SRI" (Structural Retention Index), "CI Judge™", "Collapse Log", "CSI Triage", and associated logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Collapse Index Labs and Alex Kwon.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade names, trademarks, service marks, or other distinctive brand features without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of our proprietary technology, reverse engineering of our evaluation pipelines, or theft of our dataset methodologies will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

🚨 CI JUDGE™

Drift Detection Technology

CI Judge™ is a proprietary LLM-based drift detection system developed by Collapse Index Labs - Alex Kwon. The technology, including its statistical calibration methodology, confusion matrix inversion algorithms, and bias correction implementation techniques, is protected intellectual property.

Protected Components:

  • Algorithm: Binary drift detection with bootstrap-based bias correction via empirical confusion matrix estimation
  • Calibration System: Adaptive calibration allocation and parametric bootstrap variance estimation
  • REST API: FastAPI implementation, async processing architecture, and rate limiting logic
  • Branding: "CI Judge™" name and all associated documentation, prompt templates, and UI designs

Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, replication, or creation of derivative drift detection systems based on CI Judge™ methodology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized commercial deployment or white-label rebranding of CI Judge™ technology will result in immediate legal action.

API Access: Access to the CI Judge™ API is provided under separate license terms. Beta testers and early adopters must sign NDAs and accept usage restrictions before receiving API credentials.

🧩 CIWRAP™

Semantic Wrapper Technology

CIWrap™ is a proprietary semantic stability wrapper system developed by Collapse Index Labs - Alex Kwon. The technology prevents LLM drift through semantic contracts, morphology-aligned perturbation testing, and multi-layered drift prevention mechanisms. All components are protected intellectual property.

Protected Components:

  • Semantic Contracts: Pre-calibrated semantic contracts for 6 usage modes (UX→Code, Spec→Code, RAG, Agents, JSON, CYOA)
  • Drift Prevention Engine: Multi-layered architecture combining morphology monitoring, inheritance tracking, and confidence-based regeneration
  • Calibration System: Correction vector generation, collapse inheritance tracking, and adaptive strictness mechanisms
  • Implementation: Python/JavaScript libraries, API wrappers, and integration code
  • Branding: "CIWrap™" name, taglines, documentation, and all associated marketing materials

Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, replication, or creation of derivative semantic wrapper systems based on CIWrap™ methodology is strictly prohibited. Extraction of semantic contract templates, copying of drift prevention algorithms, or white-label rebranding of CIWrap™ technology will result in immediate legal action.

API Access: CIWrap™ is available exclusively as a commercial API service. All usage requires an active subscription and API key. Pricing tiers and enterprise licensing available upon request. Self-hosted or white-label deployments are not permitted under any circumstances.

📊 SRI (STRUCTURAL RETENTION INDEX)

Stability Assessment Methodology

Structural Retention Index (SRI) is a proprietary stability assessment metric developed by Collapse Index Labs - Alex Kwon. Published in academic literature (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18016507), SRI methodology quantifies internal decision structure preservation under perturbation. The metric and its complementary relationship with CI (CI + SRI = 1.0) are protected intellectual property.

Protected Components:

  • SRI Calculation Algorithm: Mathematical formulation for structural stability quantification and perfect complementarity with CI
  • Grade Assignment: A-F structural retention grading system with threshold definitions and interpretation guidelines
  • Implementation: SRI computation pipelines, visualization tools, and reporting templates
  • Branding: "SRI", "Structural Retention Index", and all associated documentation and academic materials

Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, replication, or creation of derivative stability metrics based on SRI methodology is strictly prohibited. Copying of SRI calculation algorithms or rebranding of SRI technology will result in immediate legal action.

Commercial Use: SRI is automatically included in all Collapse Index professional evaluation services. Independent licensing of SRI methodology for commercial deployment requires a separate license agreement. Academic citation is permitted with proper attribution to the published paper (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18016507) and ORCID: 0009-0002-2566-5538.
